It's just an old, hand, water pump. Grab the handle and pump it up and down. Why it's nailed to a post, I don't know other than for decoration. Happy Weekend sweetie! hughugs
i like taking pictures like this too... i think that is why when i go to download the pics to the computer there is always over a 1,000 or more. lol thank God for digital cameras. :)
